Link tasks using drop-down menus

Now you don't have to memorize the ID of the task you want to associate, instead, when you select the cell in the Predecessors column, and then select the down arrow, you'll see a list of all the tasks in the project. Hierarchy and set the correct order of project tasks, making it easy for users to scroll to the right work to do, and then select the check box right next to it.

You can also select a task of the same type from the drop-down menu in the Successors column.

Task Summary Name field

With a long list of tasks, it can be difficult to know which tasks are hidden in the master project plan. The read-only Task Summary Name field displays the task summary name. This field is added as a column in the Task viewer that can help clarify the project structure.

To add this field, right-click the column header (to the right of the location you want to add the field), select Insert Column > Task Summary Name from the drop-down list.

Timeline bar labels and task progress

Stream the project process more easily. Timeline bars can now be labeled and task progress is displayed right above its task. So you can quickly visualize your plan and current work progress when you share your status.
