Your main goal in the game Pile Up! is to increase the population of the city in buildings as much as possible, from which you can unlock new technologies and new buildings. And to use those new buildings, you have to build factories!

Each different factory will offer its own building types that you can stack on your city. With these buildings you can build your city to your liking! Try different combinations, put a building in place, cover your mistakes, learn the uses of buildings from the Architect's Handbook and find creative ways to control development of the city!

House factories will give you houses so you can increase your population, while mandatory factories will give you buildings that can supply the needs of the people.
You can build support plants, which give you stronger and more flexible buildings.

Factories will also grant you special buildings;

If you use them properly, you will improve a lot. If not done well, the citizens will be at risk.
Finally, if you complete certain tasks or pass certain thresholds, you will be given a special building that can bend the rules of the game such as: destroy other buildings and help them stronger!
